We got a great deal on an awesome truck! I felt like... We got a great deal on an awesome truck! I felt like there miscommunication that can be improved on. The first day was we started looking at a truck and we stated wanted a super duty and we wanted 0% APR, which we were initially told was available, then after having our credit run, we found out that the offer was for everything EXCEPT super duty trucks. After finding a used truck that would be our price range now that we discovered we wouldn't be getting the 0% APR, we found a used truck for sale at a dealership a few hours away. We agreed on the price, and the truck would be ready to go the next afternoon. That afternoon we came to pick up the truck, and were told it wasn't totally ready yet. That was fine, we were planning to wait a little bit for it anyways. After doing the paperwork, we were told the truck was ready. So as we drove off the lot, I noticed the gas tank was almost empty, even tho, during the negotiation, we agreed was supposed to be full, which after a phone call I was told that only new vehicles get a full tank of gas before they leave. Honestly, that's a pretty terrible business decision, and felt like a kick in the gut. At this point I started looking over everything. I had to replace the engine intake filter, cabin air filter, and completely fill the DEF tank. All in all, it cost me $103 to get the truck fixed. The next business day I had to bring in the truck to have the check engine light checked. After asking the used vehicle manager about why the filters were in need of replacement, he stated that the truck never made it through the shop to be checked out. I hope that whoever reads this can understand my frustrations. Overall, we are not unhappy with the truck, I just felt like we were not given the truth on many things.

Was an easy visit. Knew what I wanted. Sales and finance... Was an easy visit. Knew what I wanted. Sales and finance made it easy. This is my 3rd Ford from Mathews and have been very happy! Thanks Dave!
